Special Events are organised by individual members and the committee to provide entertainment and trips to broaden the range of activities within and outside the club. Normally tickets are needed to participate in these events and are on sale in the club on Thursday mornings. Many events are over subscribed and so it is essential that you purchase your tickets early if you wish to participate. No tickets will be available after the Thursday before the event because final numbers have to be confirmed days before the event takes place so that bookings for hotel accomodation and theatre seat reservations etc. can be finalised.
